A juvenile Big Cypress Fox Squirrel came by today! He (or she) came over to us while we checked the garden and climbed onto this branch for a better view. The adults often visit our yard and seem to nest on it somewhere so I am happy to see more of the fam! These rare little guys are super friendly and often that gets them into trouble with cars. They are protected so please use caution so you don’t contribute to their extinction!
